Am I remembering correctly? Was this prom?

Yes, it was the prom. I sewed my own dress! Dave couldn’t afford to come to my graduation and my prom, so he gave me the choice! No brainer! The only problem was that he knew he looked good! He barely noticed me… All my friends at school were saying how good looking he was on Monday. They seemed surprized. I always talked about Dave, but I guess I never mentioned he was handsome.
