Rainy Day Excursion

We had some errands to run around town, so we made a day of it, stopping at the toy store for a friend’s birthday present and then walking down to the harbor. We went to our favorite restaurant-with-play-area and had a relatively quiet dinner. A good day!

C was trying to keep the toy store bag conspicuously in the shot. I don’t know, kids are funny that way.

Apparently, this is how I was standing behind Chris while he was taking the picture, and C was imitating me. The new thing around our house these days is calling eachother “hermegåsen” which means, roughly, “copy cat”.

Does anyone know what is causing the “cat’s eye” shapes in the background to be cut on one side like that??
