She had a slight bit of forehead fat, like Ruby did, but less dramatic. You can see the bruise above her nose there — sorry baby, I didn’t mean it!

Apl was about 2 hours old in these pictures. As you can see, she was a totally normal squinchy baby, slowly gaining a more normal human coloring. This is very charming if it’s your own squinchy baby.
