Ruby picked up Norwegian pretty quickly when she started at the kindergarten, but she played around with it a lot. This is a note I wrote to myself to remind myself of what she said. As far as I can tell, her made-up words have no relation to real Norwegian words.
“Furba means go outside. Fordi means leave. Fola means C Max. [something else] means mama. Lula means Ruby.”

Then I asked “What means Ruby?”
Her reply: “Ruby means myself.”
