I brought Ruby to work with me, and let her mess around on my whiteboard.
We had just gotten Wall-E (the movie), and she wanted to draw Wall-E (the robot). (Though I think it looks a lot more like Wall-E, but she insisted it was Eve. But now she’s telling me it’s Wall-E. Whatever.)
She traced the erasers for the body and head, used the erasers for the arms, traced her hands for the hands, and used magnets for the eyes.
Usually she just scribbles, so I was shocked. But I guess I shouldn’t be; she’s almost 4, after all.
