Ruby asleep again

yet another series on Ruby asleep on the floor…

This one looks a little like she was crawling through the desert looking for water, and didn’t quite make it.

Why does she have a pillowcase on her head?

It’s a strange piece of clothing she was given at school — I think it’s called a bøff or possibly boff. It’s just a tube of fabric that can be worn around the neck, pulled up over the back of the head like C’s halslue or worn only on the head like Ruby’s wearing it here.
