Fred and a friend

Bob Gydeson sent this picture to me. He said simply “Fred and a friend.” Interesting… a failed romance? The bottom says “Terrell Studio” and I think I can make out that it says “Terrell Texas” under that. I googled it, and Terrell, Texas is just outside Dallas. I wonder what Fred was doing there.

I don’t know who the woman with Fred was but at one time they went together and were to be married.

I’m pretty sure her name was Violet.
