Red Ale

Another day, another brew :). It was Red Ale this time. We ground grains with the drill/grinder set-up and the kids thought that was pretty cool. As usualy Johannes helped, which (as usual) we appreciated very much.

I’m surprised that C even stayed in the room with the drill. Usually he doesn’t like loud noises at all. Unless he’s making them.

This was after cooling when we transfer it to the fermentor through a strainer. This is really the only 3 person part of the job. I set up the timer :)

This will have to be this week’s picture … there was a picture of the kids this week (sort of).
