Jungle Swirl

We took a walk downtown along the waterfront, and got some nice pictures of my new skirt. It’s the Swirl Skirt from Interweave Knits.

I used the yarn I bought on this trip, and the leftovers from this top.

This is, of course, Ruby’s Turtle Skirt.

I made it a little shorter than the pattern calls for, which I like generally, but the length paired with the gores at the bottom make it look a tiny bit like a cheerleading skirt.
