Blocking Sandy Water — April 27, 2012 |

When I blocked the shawl, it took really careful attention to keep the edges straight and parallel (yes, I should have gotten blocking wires), and then also to pin out every single little point. It was worth the effort, thought, I think the finished product looks really nice and crisp.

That was the join there, relatively neat, but still obvious because of the color change. Not too hideous, though, I think.
