With Family Friends

There are a few series of pictures of the Schoeneman family at this field bordered with billboards. I think it must have been near their house. There’s a smoke stack in the background that looks similar to the one seen in Carl and Violet’s wedding photos, which I assumed were taken behind their house (Carl was living with Kurt and his wife Helen in Chicago). The other family in these photos is a mystery, they are in a few other photos as well and none of them are labeled. Family friends, I guessed.

I guessed the date based on Sis (Frieda)’s apparent age. She looks mid-teens to me.
