Ruby in Ava’s clothes

Ruby recently got some hand-me-downs from friends who are moving away from Norway, and she is just tickled to put together outfits from all the new clothes.

C at Pepe’s
2010 April 22 · 6:01PM · Thursday
After our Lego labor, we went on over to Pepe’s for dinner. Still a family fave, but mostly just because of the play area (e.g. quiet dinner for mama and papa).

The Lego people are touring around Europe making progressively taller and taller towers (so that in each city they can say they set a new world record). After each tower is built, they take it down and send the tiers to a school somewhere for the kids to dismantle (they earn money as a fundraiser) and then the bricks are shipped to a new city to build a yet-taller tower. A pretty good PR scheme.
The public is invited to help, and when they came to Oslo we were happy to lend a hand. We made our very own pine-tree wall. Though it looks sort of like the flag of Lebanon.
