C’s Art, Early 2009 — February-March, 2009

You can clearly see the timely influences here: Eve and Wall-E, which he watched probably 20 times with Grandma Susie; World of Goo; Phun (physics simulator); and monsters/battles generally.

C learns the word “invisible” — March, 2009

C described this to me: “A black monster you can’t see in the dark. Because it’s usynnlig in the dark.” That means invisible in Norwegian.

battle scene — March, 2009

He didn’t describe this one specifically for me, but I can recognize his general motifs: a castle/tower on the right, being attached by a battering ram or similar, and it looks like fire shooting out the back. And green spikey stuff.
