I got a new conical fermentor for wine. We thought it would be easier to let out the yeast and trub out of that bottom nozzle than to rack the wine every few weeks. It’s kind of experimental — we haven’t found much info about it on the internet. Ethan helped me put the special stretchy tape on the threads to really seal the parts that screw together.
