Sunny Walk Home

This was one of the first sunny days after we got out our summer wardrobes. Ruby was immediately interested in trying everything out, but I still haven’t been able to convince C to wear short-sleeved shirts or – gasp – shorts (this was actually more than a month ago now). The children have both been in love with dandelions, picking them and giving them to eachother and strangers.

This picture reminds me of one of my favorite ones of my brother Joe. It is such a dynamic picture. I think it reflects the nature of the growing toddler well.
