These two pictures seemed to belong together, though they were in different albums (or boxes :). I guessed on the date, but baby Jean seems about 9 months old. Grandma (aka baby Jean!) told me that they are standing in front of the garage where Carl’s plumbing business was based. I think he partnered with Helen’s husband Fred.
