C worked with so many things today… the animal mamas and babies, the trucks, our new nesting boxes. He is realy diligent about putting work away properly. C had a lesson with the geometric solids, and identified [continued on the back] the cube, sphere, ovoid and ellipsoid. He likes to say “ovoid”.

Ruby was fussing so Chris was holding her and walking her around, and she rooted around until her eyes were buried in the crook of his elbow, and then fell right asleep!

We went to the swimming pool today, and C pulled the wagon part of the way.

Swimming was a big part of my childhood, and I wanted C to be comfortable in the water, too. It was great having the Northwest Community Center so close to us, it had a great pool.

I pieced the quilt, but the process of handquilting it took suprisingly long. It hurt my hands, too, so I didn’t work on it for very long at one time. C helped me, though!

At ResponDesign (Chris’s work) they are making a game about exercise and fitness, and to encourage that mindset at the office, the employees got some kind of reward for proving they had done some excerise-type activity. Chris submitted this as his activity.
